The Sequel (2016)

The Sequel is a group piece commissioned by Darebin Arts Speakeasy Program as part of Melbourne Fringe Festival. 

Inspired by action movie dialogue, cryogenics and lost worlds, The Sequel is a series of never-ending endings to expose the breakdown of memory and relationship in live performance. This dance has committed a murder, we are using time tactics to spy on events  - preludes, sidekicks, pseudonyms. There are some apparitions, remakes, new beginnings, leaps of faith, tenderness and rides towards the sunset.

The Sequel 2 (35 minutes) is a re-imagining of The Sequel with new cast members. It was performed at Dancehouse for Room to Move Program.
